There are a lot of things we can’t control… like how someone treats us, or whether or not a natural disaster occurs.

But there IS quite a bit we can control, and it’s best to focus on those things.

For example, you can control the amount of effort you put in to a job application.

You can control what you eat and how much you move.

You can control what you can consume.

Feeling powerless is a double edged sword… not only does it make you feel bad, it keeps you down even when you’re capable of flying.

Focus less on what you can’t control and more on what you can.
