    The psychological effects of Corona

As most of the world continues to watch the corona pandemic unfold, virtually no one is immune to the incredible stress and anxiety that's  popping up on every corner of the globe.

While the physical realities of the virus are certainly the focus for many, the psychological effects should not be understated.

Many are unsure of whether their loved ones are going to be affected. Millions more are worried about how the disease will effect their jobs, income, and way of life.

Travel plans are being disrupted left and right. Schools are being closed. Many are left unable to see those they care about due to financial or other constraints.

Although I sincerely believe this will be a minor blimp of pain and suffering on the scale of humanity, we are also in one of the most chaotic times in recent memory, and it's likely just getting started.

As I continue to try and process this reality myself, I wanted to share that it's okay to be scared. It's okay to be stressed. It's okay to worried.

We will get through this. It won't be easy, and there will be no shortage of pain and tears.

Don't be afraid to reach out and share how you're feeling. Don't be afraid to log off social media and be present in the real world. Don't forget to care of your mental health and tell those close to you, that you love them.

It's in times like these I'm reminded "This too shall pass."
