When was the last time your pushed yourself to your limit? Whether that be career, fitness, or even mentally?

So often, we look for ways to “take it easy” or to “optimize” when pushing your limits can show you what you’re made of.

Of course, you shouldn’t be ‘maxing’ out every day, but from time to time, knowing your limits is an incredible learning experience.

Yesterday I started my challenge to jog/ run 29 minutes a day. I haven’t run regularly since high school. Am I pushing to hard? Will I fail?

I don’t know, but I’m going to find out what I’m made of.
