I spent this morning using Headquarters from the Ultraworking planning my August. Up until this point, I’ve never really spent time planning the month. The prompts were incredibly helpful and I’m excited to see what I can accomplish over the month.

Fitness – I want to continue making strides with my fitness and plan on going for a run around the park in the mornings. In addition, I hope to start doing some deep breathing in the morning as well.

Relationship – Quarantine has been challenging and I want to spend the month working on my relationship with my wife.

Work – I started working with CXL just a few months ago and I want to continue to get better and improve my workflow and output.
