    Focus on what you can control

    In uncertain times like these, it's tempting to fall into the trap of obsessing over everything under the sun, including the things you can't control.

    How long will this last? What if I or a loved one gets sick? Will I be out of a job in a few weeks?

    While a range of emotions is normal, worrying about what you can't control is incredibly counter productive.

    What can you control right now? What can you do to help improve the conditions of the present and the future?

    Don't beat yourself up for worrying, but do your best to focus on what it within your reach.
