One of the easiest habits to add to your daily routine is to drink more water. Moodiness, headaches, and even lack of focus can be attributed to not drinking enough water.

Earlier this year I established drinking at least 3L of water each day. My acne improved, and so did the frequency of my headaches. Then life got in the way and I fell off the wagon. Guess what came back?

You don’t have to drink exactly 8 glasses of water (or whatever the recommendation is) to benefit. Just make sure you’re consistently drinking more than you think you should.
