Habit kick

I've been on a bit of a habit kick as of late, doing my best to use this time to improve my habits.

I've really enjoyed using Streaks to help keep me on track and am not at the point I'm going to add one more habit, likely intermittent fasting.

The goal is to eat in only an 8 hour window each day. While I haven't done this in a while, when I did fast consistently I noticed a pretty signifiant increase in energy and focus. Will report back.
