One thing I've been working hard on doing in my own life recently is defaulting to trust.
Do I trust that I'm where I need to be? Do I trust that each setback is helping me prepare for a future opportunity? Do I trust that person on Twitter has the best intentions?
I'm not perfect by any means, but I've noticed a fairly noticeable uptick in my mood and mental health.
I hope to expand further on this concept shortly.
