I don’t want to hear why you can’t do it.
I don’t want to hear about your latest setback.
I don’t want to hear about what you’re lacking.
I don’t want to hear why you’re not good enough.
I don’t want want to hear it.
I don’t want to hear about how you’re waiting for the perfect day.
I don’t want to hear about how you need more time.
I don’t want to hear about how fear is holding you back.
I don’t want to hear about one day.
I don’t want to hear it.
[A conversation with myself.]
Sound familiar? When will you have enough? Who’s the captain of your ship?

I thought about this today. I was lifting weights and I basically told my brain to STFU and stop complaining about the pain. Just that I can do it, even if it hurts momentarily. It’s really good to be super honest with yourself sometimes
Just what I needed to read today!
I am full of excuses why I can’t seem to work on the project I committed myself to this year…….and that’s just what they are – excuses.
Thank You!
