Consider The Source

In an abundance of information we often fail to take the all important moment to consider the source.

Who is the artist? What is their agenda? How does your gut feel?

Everyone sells. Each coated with their own dreams and desires, faults and insecurities.

You. Me. We are always being sold.

Would you hire a fitness coach who was overweight? Work with a business partner who knew nothing about business? Get dating advice from a chronic playboy?

Ask yourself: Are they legit? Or do they sport a mask?

In the age of the voice, anyone with an internet connection has a chance to be heard.

And as the platform of creators continues to grow, so to does the rise of the impostors. Some vicious, and some clueless to their pretending ways.

I have no problem with the dreamers who share their stumbles to stardom, however you won’t find me having any sympathy for those who continually lie to their audience, or worse… themselves.

Knowing who to trust is as important as ever. Fine tune your intuition to prevent future burn.

Lift your weights and consider the source.

And remember: The quickest way to stand out, is to follow your own advice and know exactly who and where to invest your trust.
