It’s no secret that the most successful people in the world don’t rely on sheer motivation to create the life of their dreams. Instead they develop specific habits that help carry them both personally and professionally.
If you’re looking to make a big change in your life, working to optimize your habits can have a significant impact on your health, relationships, and career.

Try and incorporate one or two of these habits. I’m convinced it just might change your life.

3 deep breathes after receiving a text.
